I have a bunch plastic totes stacked up in my room with stuff I pick up on clearance and at Goodwill other secondhand stores all year long.
I got a bunch of those gift sets of lotions and body wash clearanced at KMart back in the spring, 6-8 bottles in a pack for $3! Can't beat that!!
I also have some toys, socks, gloves and all kinds of stuff, I could almost do all my christmas out of them. But birthdays start right after christmas too.
